On March 21, the LCI Education Network and The Art Institute of Vancouver welcomed friends & family, alumni and members from the Vancouver creative arts industry to join the Spring 2017 graduate portfolio show.
This event allows graduates to showcase their portfolio and interact with potential employers. The March 21st show was also an opportunity to recognize 17 students that went above and beyond with the production of their outstanding portfolios through the “best of show” awards. “For the graduates, this event is the culmination of a lot of hard work, effort and pride that could catapult them to a job interview and job offers on the spot. It was also a great opportunity to educate members of industry about the LCI Education portfolio section and the strength of the network, explains Diego Do Livramento.”
Congratulations to each graduate, support staff and faculty involved in helping these student achieve their goals! If you missed the show, don’t worry. There are four more portfolio shows coming up in this year in June, September and December.
